Shipping & Returns
Thanks for ordering with us. Here is a little more information about how we pack and deliver your order. All orders placed during the week, Monday to Thursday are dispatched the following day by courier. Our courier usually arrives at about 8am. All orders received on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday morning.
Once we have created your courier ticket, we'll send you an email with your tracking number. If you can't see it in your inbox please check your junk folder.
New Zealand Orders
We work to have your order packed and collected by the courier within 24 hours of placement, if received Monday - Thursday. Please contact us at any point and we can help you track your order. We expect that North Island deliveries are made within 1 to 2 days from collection, South Island 2 to 3 days from collection and an additional 1 day for rural areas.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return due to change of mind:
We are able to accept returns due to change of mind for exchange or refund if done so within 5 days of purchase. Any number of days beyond this will not be accepted for return due to the risk of spoilage of drinks from storage conditions.
Return due to dissatisfaction with product:
If you are unhappy with the quality of your Noughty purchase, please return to us within 5 days. We will assess the situation accordingly and then process a refund or exchange. Any number of days beyond this will not be accepted for return due to the risk of spoilage of drinks from storage conditions.
